Where is my order?

Your shirt is made for you after you order: 5–7 business days to print and sew, then 7–15 business days to deliver in the US: usually 12–22 business days from order to door (international: 10–25 business days after production). There is no tracking number while it is being made. As soon as the carrier scans your parcel we email you the tracking link.

Before you worry

No movement for a few days is normal while a parcel moves between hubs or waits for its next scan.
"Label created" means the parcel is booked; the first real scan can take 2–3 days.
Nothing for 7 days: email us with your order number (it starts with AV) and we will chase the carrier for you.
