Cancelling an order

Every AlohaVero shirt is printed and sewn after you order it. You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order — email support@alohavero.com with your order number (it starts with AV).

After 24 hours your shirt may already be printing, but our return policy still applies once it arrives.

Changing size, pocket option or design

Email us as soon as possible. Within 24 hours we can usually change anything. After that we check with production and tell you honestly what is still possible.

Changing your shipping address

Address changes are possible until the parcel ships. Send the full new address, including apartment number and ZIP code.

Duplicate orders

If you placed the same order twice by mistake, tell us and we cancel the duplicate in full.
