Shipping & Delivery
Every AlohaVero shirt is printed and sewn after you order it, so the total time has two parts: making it, then delivering it. Nothing is picked off a shelf.
How long it takes

Remote areas may take a few days longer. If you need a shirt for a date, order at least four weeks ahead.

International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country; these are paid by the buyer.
Where it ships from
Shirts are produced and shipped by our partners in the United States or China, depending on the item. That is why tracking can go quiet for a few days while a parcel moves between hubs or countries.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, except to countries under U.S. trade sanctions or where our carriers cannot deliver (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia and Belarus). Checkout will not offer them.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. You can also paste the number on our Track your order page. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, email support@alohavero.com and we will check with the carrier.
If something goes wrong
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, or tracking stops for more than 30 days, contact us and we will reship or refund. Damaged, misprinted or wrong shirts are remade free or refunded — no need to send them back. Full details are in our Shipping policy and Refund policy.
