The questions we get most

How long will my order take?

5–7 business days to print and sew, then 7–15 business days to deliver in the US: usually 12–22 business days from order to door (international: 10–25 business days after production).

I picked the wrong size

Email us within 24 hours and we change it before printing. After it arrives, an unworn, unwashed shirt can be returned within 30 days (return postage paid by you).

It arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong

Email a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We remake and reship it free, or refund it in full — your choice. No need to send it back.

Tracking says delivered but I don't have it

Check with neighbours and around your mailbox for 1–2 days, then email us. If it is not found we reship or refund.
