Refund policy

30-day returns

Not the right fit or changed your mind? You can return any shirt within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Email velmillcs@gmail.com with your order number first and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the shirt arrives and is checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will remake and reship it free, or give a full refund — your choice. You do not need to send it back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, or tracking stops for more than 30 days, contact us and we will reship or refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that your shirt may already be printing.

Refund timing

Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
